Qualifications

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and crisis de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-specific patient/family assessments and document care.
• Respond to behavioral emergencies and maintain safety with the care team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Team.
