A pediatric healthcare provider in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this role, you will implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and ensure a safe environment for children. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an active RBT credential, and a high school diploma. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly compensation ranging from $17.00 to $25.00.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and policies.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Participate in the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.
