Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician in Oregon. The role provides 1:1 and group support for students with behavior challenges, with a schedule from 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday, per school calendar.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain classroom policies.
• 1:1 and group support for students with intense behavior challenges including physical aggression and elopement.
• Elementary and middle school
• 8-4:30 Monday-Friday according to school calendar
• Tutor individual students, reinforcing instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Provide support to the teacher by distributing and collecting paper and supplies.
• Assist students by providing proper examples, emotional support, a friendly attitude and general guidance.
• Assist in monitoring students as directed.
• Confer, as needed, with teachers concerning programs and materials to meet student needs.
• Participate in meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
