Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Staff Personnel. The role focuses on assisting students with disabilities on bus transportation, ensuring safety, seating, and mobility support.

Responsabilidades

• Assist students with disabilities in boarding and exiting the bus safely.
• Ensure all students are seated and secured properly during transit.
• Provide support to students with mobility challenges, incl. assisting with wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus.
• Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff regarding any issues or concerns during transportation.
• Attend to the needs of individual students, including assisting with personal care tasks if necessary.
• Follow established safety protocols and emergency procedures in the event of an incident or emergency on the bus.
• Help out with other tasks in the school when needed.
