MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in West Bloomfield, MI seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum across our clinic network. You’ll work under a BCBA, collect data, and implement treatment plans in a play-based setting.

No prior experience required; RBT training is provided, with a raise upon certification. Clinic-based work across Southeast Michigan with flexible full- and part-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with ASD/ developmental disorders preferred but not required.
• RBT certification a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Commitment to upholding the RBT Ethics Code.
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening.

• Bring Treatment Plans to Life – Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with precision and care.
• Maintain Clear Communication – Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA and collaborate on strategies for optimal outcomes.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Active & Engaged Work – Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and bending.

• Quick Reflexes – Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.

• Loud or Noisy Environments – Working with active children in dynamic settings.

• Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids – Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

• No nights or weekends!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $17.15 - $20.65 per hour (based on experience, certification and education)
