Powerback is hiring in Randolph, VT for a Behavior Technician trainee. You will enter a paid training program to learn ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor, delivering one-on-one services to children with autism.

As you develop, you will assist skill acquisition and behavior modification, document sessions, and coordinate with the Client Advocate; visa sponsorship and relocation support are available, plus ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsabilidades

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $22.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
