Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Greenfield, MO is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision. You will help children reach new milestones through skill acquisition and behavior modification, while coordinating with a supervising clinician and handling routine EMR documentation.

The role offers a paid training path, mentorship for new grads, and Visa/relocation support as part of our nationwide program.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviours.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behaviour Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism under supervision.
• Work 1:1 with a child in ABA therapy following the behaviour treatment plan.
• Ensure billing is submitted timely and documentation supports services rendered.
• Update availability in the EMR platform and communicate changes with Client Advocate.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Comply with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as required.

We offer an intense PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Responsibilities

The Behaviour Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, the Behaviour Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behaviour modification.

Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behaviour treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.

Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.

Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.

Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).

Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.

Performs other related duties as required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
