Job summary

New Patterns ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, treatment planning, and program delivery for children with behavioral needs. The role emphasizes data-driven interventions, parent training, and collaboration with a Clinical Supervisor to ensure quality care.

You will provide coaching, oversee program implementation, and maintain flexible hours to respond to client needs while working with a supportive team and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess levels of functioning through standardized assessments, Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses.
• Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming for each client.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing program implementation with clients.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run.
• Conduct Parent Training on treatment goals meaningful to the family.
• Respond to parental concerns by gathering information and coordinating with the Clinical Supervisor for resolution.
• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.
• Communicate with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director via monthly Leadership and Supervision meetings.
