Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience working with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes collaboration, training, and effective communication to ensure quality care and support for children and families.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment.
• Experience supervising others and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements behavioral assessment and treatment programs.
• Coordinates case management activities and trains parents.
• Conducts day-to-day supervision and training of clinical staff.
• Maintains appropriate communication with caregivers and outside agencies.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
