Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health McLane Children's Medical Center in Central Texas seeks a pediatric psychologist with autism and developmental disabilities expertise to join the Child Development section. The focus is diagnostic evaluation and assessment, with potential for evidence-based treatment.

Requirements include a PhD/PsyD in clinical child or pediatric psychology from an APA accredited program and APA-accredited internship; postdoctoral autism training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Child Clinical, Pediatric Psychology, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA/CPA-accredited program.
• Texas license to practice Psychology or license-eligible in Texas.
• Board Certification preferred through ABPP when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and learning disabilities.
• Proficiency with a wide range of psychological tests (ADOS-2, CARS-2, WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-4).
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including developmental pediatricians, speech and occupational therapists.
