Job summary

Ignite Child Development Services in Appleton, WI seeks a licensed psychologist to perform independent diagnostic evaluations for children aged 2–6. This role is 1099/contractor-based with no therapy load, primarily focused on assessment, scoring, interpretation, and written reporting.

You will work within a warm, multidisciplinary team, using ADOS-2, CARS-2, and Vineland-3, delivering parent-friendly, clear diagnostic recommendations within a week of testing.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with active Wisconsin license.
• Experience administering autism diagnostic instruments to 2–6 year olds.
• Proficient in full psychoeducational battery and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and autism evaluations for ages 2–6.
• Administer standardized instruments (ADOS-2, CARS-2, Vineland-3, cognitive tests).
• Review history prior to sessions.
• Deliver complete written reports within 1 week of testing.
• Provide feedback sessions in accessible language.
• Coordinate with clinical team for warm handoff to services.
