Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• 1 year of psychometry experience
• 1 year of ASD testing experience
• Proficiency with developmental assessments and diagnostic tools for ASD (e.g., ADI-R, ADOS-2, SRS-2, RBS-EC, Vineland)

Responsibilities

• Administer and score standardized assessments to assess cognitive, language, adaptive, social, and behavioral functioning.
• Conduct direct behavioral observations and collect data on patterns, triggers, and responses.
• Collaborate with families to gather developmental history and strengths/needs information.
• Collect and analyze data to identify behavior patterns and assess child skills.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports with results and recommendations for ABA interventions.
• Stay current with research, assessments, and interventions related to autism and early childhood development.
