ETS Pediatric in the Greater Durham area is seeking a Pediatric APP to join an established private practice. The position offers a 4-day work week, 100% outpatient duties, and a negotiable salary with a manageable call schedule.

Requirements include NC licensure (or eligibility), and at least 1 year of post-graduate pediatric experience. Board certification in ANCC/AANP/NCCPA is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of post-graduate pediatric experience required (nonnegotiable).
• Licensed in North Carolina or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Board certified: ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA per role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient pediatric care with flexible schedule.
• No newborn nursery rounding or inpatient call required.
• Participate in 1 in 9 call rotation with nurse triage line.
• Last appointment ends at 4:15 pm daily.

Requirements of the Pediatric APP

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification
• Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) (Preference in Primary Care Pediatrics)
• Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant Program
• 1 Year of Post-Graduate Pediatric Experience Required (not just a rotation, nonnegotiable)
• Licensed in the state of North Carolina (or ability to obtain license)
