Candidates must have an MD or DO, fellowship in pediatric anesthesia, and board certification or eligibility; WA licensure eligibility and visa requirements are noted for international graduates.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and a minimum of one-year fellowship training (or foreign equivalent) in pediatric anesthesia.
• Must be Board certified or eligible (or foreign equivalent) in anesthesiology and must be eligible for medical licensure in state of Washington.
• USMLE steps completion for H-1B visa eligibility for foreign medical graduates.
