You will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services, manage complex cases, lead perioperative teams, mentor trainees, and participate in scholarly activities to advance care and education.

Formación

• Expertise in pediatric anesthesia and perioperative/critical care management.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex, high-acuity cases.
• Effective communication and teaching skills for trainees and multidisciplinary staff.
• Commitment to scholarly inquiry and continuous improvement in patient care and education.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in perioperative and critical care settings.
• Manage perioperative patient care for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to perioperative teams.
• Teach trainees and support staff through lectures, mentoring, and supervised clinical practice.
• Engage in scholarly activities, which may include research to improve understanding and treatment of disease or advance anesthesiology education.
