The University of Colorado Department of Anesthesiology, Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology, has an opening for a full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist at the faculty rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. The position involves teaching and clinical duties across CHCO sites in the Denver metro region, with primary clinical work in Aurora, CO.

Candidates must have strong knowledge of Anesthesiology and Peri-operative Medicine and typically undergo ACGME fellowship

• Strong working and theoretical knowledge of Anesthesiology and Peri-operative Medicine.

Mansioni

• Administers care alone or supervises physicians-in-training (residents), CRNAs and anesthesiology assistants.
• When working alone, examines patient before and after anesthesia, writes orders, manages anesthetic period and follows patient post‑operatively.
• Performs services in operating room, radiology, and outpatient procedure center as needed.
• Contributes to teaching needs of the Department and School through lectures, precepting, and one-on-one instruction.
