Job summary

Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and UT Health Sciences are seeking a full-time Open Rank Professor - Pediatric Anesthesiologist in Memphis, TN. This position involves direct patient care along with teaching and supervising nurse anesthetists and residents.

The compensation includes a salary range of 580,000 to 800,000 USD annually, with a $200,000 sign-on, 18 obligatory shifts monthly, and up to 13 weeks off per year. Additional compensation is available for shifts worked beyond 18 per month.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• Completion of an accredited residency required; sub-certifications/training highly preferred.
• Board certified or board eligible by the ABA; eligible for licensure in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Duties include direct patient care and teaching; supervising nurse anesthetists and residents.
• Opportunities for clinical and basic science research are available and encouraged.
