Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range for Board-Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologists: $580,000 - $800,000 annually
• Salary range for Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologists: $600,000 - $800,000 annually
• $200,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment
• 18 obligatory shifts monthly
• As much as 13 weeks off annually
• Additional compensation is available for shifts worked in excess of 18 shifts per month.
