Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Louisiana is offering a long-term pediatric anesthesia opportunity in a stable private practice. You will collaborate with 3 pediatric anesthesiologists, 20+ anesthesiologists, and around 80 CRNAs, with a supervisory-focused role and guaranteed post-call day off.

The compensation package includes a base salary in the high six figures (575k–590k) plus a $75k sign-on, 12 weeks PTO, and a partnership track in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologist with pediatric subspecialty training preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a private group.
• Strong collaborative skills with physicians, CRNAs, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a supervisory-focused practice with autonomy and minimal micromanagement.
• Oversee diverse pediatric cases including ENT, general surgery, neuro, trauma, and orthopedics.
• Ensure excellent compensation and work-life balance for the team.
