North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join Bronx Care Health System, a large not-for-profit teaching network affiliated with Mount Sinai. The role encompasses a broad case mix and collaborative care across pediatric subspecialties.

Bronx Care offers a competitive compensation package with a $600K salary, a $50K pediatric fellowship stipend, and a sign-on bonus up to $100K, plus comprehensive benefits and loan/training support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school with unrestricted medical license.
• Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• ECFMG certification and FLEX prerequisites completed.
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia.
• Active medical license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across pediatric and general procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients and families.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor physiology and intervene as needed to ensure patient safety.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
