North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a Night Float Anesthesiologist to join BronxCare, NYC's largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system. Schedule is 26 weeks on/off, 7 p.m.–7 a.m., with a broad case mix: pediatrics, endo, general, ENT, neuro, vascular, GYN and plastics.

You will perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss plans with patients, and manage induction, maintenance and emergence.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Position Requirements Description Night Float Anesthesiologist role collaborating at Bronx Care, NYC’s largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system. With more than 4,500 employees and 859 beds, Bronx Care serves city residents as the largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system covering the South and Central Bronx.
