Coachella Valley Anesthesia, in partnership with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, is launching a new pediatric anesthesia program and seeking two Pediatric Anesthesiologists to help establish and grow this important service line.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a program from its foundation while joining a strong, well-supported anesthesia team within a rapidly expanding regional hospital. Starting compensation: $300+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology required.
• Eligible for or active California medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Help build and lead a new pediatric anesthesia service line.
• Develop workflows and clinical programs for pediatric anesthesia.
• Collaborate with cardiac, OB, and regional anesthesia teams to support program launch.
• Provide full pediatric case mix in a busy hospital setting.

• Two full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist positions available
• Opportunity to help build and lead a new pediatric anesthesia service line

• Dedicated specialty support teams including cardiac, OB, and regional anesthesia
