Boys Town is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join an established hospital-based group. The role offers a varied mix of pediatric and adult cases with emphasis on outpatient surgery, in a physician-only model where MDs perform their own cases.

The position emphasizes a collaborative culture, strong patient safety, and a predictable schedule (~30 hours/week) with no weekend or holiday call obligations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Experience with or interest in pediatric anesthesia preferred
• Comfort with a diverse outpatient surgical caseload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a mixed pediatric/adult caseload with a focus on outpatient procedures
• Operate within a physician-only group; perform cases independently
• Contribute to a collaborative, lifestyle-friendly schedule with predictable hours
