We are seeking a full‑time Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative, transformative team in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and help to deliver the best possible care to the children of Northeast Ohio and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a well‑established team of 20 Pediatric Anesthesiologists, 40 CRNAs as well as students, residents and fellows, to provide anesthesia and pain management services to tens of thousands of young patients each year. Akron Children’s Hospital’s anesthetic volume in 2024 was over 20,000 cases for all Pediatric Specialties, including, but not limited to, a Level I Burn Center, Neonatal Intensive Care, a Level I Trauma Center, Acute Pain, Cardiac and Non‑OR Anesthesia Services.
Provide anesthesia and pain management services for pediatric patients across a variety of specialties and settings.
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Anesthesia and able to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
