Job summary

Vanderbilt Health's Monroe Carrell Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.) to support the OR with equipment, supplies and specialized systems essential to patient care, including cath lab and trauma infusion workflows.

You will assist anesthetists and surgeons, maintain anesthesia equipment and handle rapid infusion and cell salvage systems, with a focus on safety, efficiency and teamwork in a busy pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and active Cer.A.T.T. certification.
• Ability to support OR with anesthesia equipment and monitors.
• Experience with Rapid Infusion and cell salvage systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares operating rooms with equipment and supplies for daily workload.
• Assists anesthetists and anesthesiologists, patients and co-workers.
• Operates rapid infusion and cell salvage systems and maintains equipment and inventory.
