Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support pediatric patients in the Center for Healthy Weight and Nutrition, rotating among Westerville, Downtown and Hilliard clinics to meet staffing needs.

You will provide family-centered nursing care, assess patient needs, implement care plans, educate families, and document according to policy while collaborating with providers to ensure safe, efficient clinic flow.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school, required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; BSN must be completed within 5 years of start date.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using a family-centered approach.
• Assess patient needs, plan, implement, educate, and evaluate care with evidence-based practices.
• Ensure clinic processes comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Collaborate with providers to maintain smooth clinic flow and address family concerns.
• Document per standards and participate in quality improvement activities.
