Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced pediatric registered nurse to support health promotion and disease prevention across three clinics (Westerville, Downtown, Hilliard). The role focuses on safety, education, and efficient care coordination within a Family Centered approach.

You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduation from ACEN/CCNE accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred; must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Ohio RN licensure required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a family-centered approach.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, implements and evaluates care with evidence-based practices.
• Ensures clinic processes comply with regulatory standards and policies.
• Collaborates with providers and team to ensure smooth clinic flow and positive outcomes.
• Documents per organizational standards and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Engages in workplace communications and reporting updates to staff.
