Job summary

MUSC Children's Health is seeking an Ambulatory Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations within MUSC Health Ambulatory clinics. You will work with ICCE Department leaders to ensure timely patient access, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ambulatory Services, the role emphasizes clinical outcomes, fiscal stewardship, staff growth, and process improvement, supporting performance metrics and quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of physician office/clinic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in designated MUSC Health Ambulatory clinics.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient access and operational efficiency.
• Drive practice optimization, fiscal integrity and quality patient care experience.
• Lead process improvement, metrics reporting, and staff development to support ambulatory services.
