• Specialty licensure/certification may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide general or specialized nursing care in ambulatory or clinical setting.
• Deliver care to patients and families per professional standards and CCMC policies.
• Document care plans, patient status, medications and vital signs.
• Educate patient/family and provide telephone advice per protocols.
• Advocate for parents and families; support psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
