MUSC Children's Health is seeking a Paramedic to join the pediatric critical care transport team. You will provide safe, specialized ground transport for critically ill neonates and children, working with pediatric flight nurses and respiratory therapists aboard a two-mission ambulance.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, safety, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include cooperative loading/unloading, equipment readiness, and participation in hospital outreach while upholding MUSC

Qualifikationen

• Paramedic licensure in SC and NREMT-Paramedic required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe and effective ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients requiring critical care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary transport team aboard a fully equipped pediatric ambulance.
• Assist flight crew by efficient loading/unloading of equipment to minimize lift time.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all vehicle equipment and supplies.
• Participate in hospital outreach and education programs.
