Job summary

Focisnet in Portland, OR seeks a pediatric allergist/immunologist to provide inpatient and outpatient care for children with allergic and immunologic diseases. You will diagnose, treat, and monitor complex cases in a hospital setting and lead clinical teams.

You will collaborate with bone marrow transplant, pulmonology, GI, critical care, ID, and adult allergy/immunology colleagues; teach fellows, residents, and students; and contribute to scholarly activities and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Medical degree required (MD or DO).
• Board certification or eligibility in Allergy and Immunology.
• Pediatric specialty training.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation and ongoing care for pediatric allergic and immunologic diseases.
• Consult on and monitor patients requiring allergy/immunology expertise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (bone marrow transplant, pulmonology, GI, critical care, ID, and adult allergy/immunology).
• Serve as a subject matter expert to pediatrics, hospital, and regional pediatricians.
• Teach fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Participate in scholarly activities, faculty meetings, and division/department planning.
