Qualifications

• Master of Science degree is required or equivalent provision.
• License as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio.
• Maintains national certification as APRN or PA.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients, develops and evaluates plans of care; documents clearly.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per guidelines.
• Serves as clinical expert for policies, procedures and documentation.
• Educates and develops staff; participates in quality improvement.
