• Provide inbox coverage for clinicians who are out of office.
• Manage refill requests and coordinate care.
• Perform virtual visits and eVisits, and manage chronic conditions during the day.
• Support affiliated practice colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
• In some cases, provide in-office visits as coverage for providers out of the office.
