Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care management within a collaborative practice model for children under supervision of physician.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams and identify normal/abnormal findings.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Develop pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care providers as appropriate.
