Job summary

The Ward Family Heart Center at Children's Mercy Kansas City seeks an Advanced Imaging pediatric cardiologist at the assistant or associate professor level. The successful candidate would join a large, multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, surgeons and APNs dedicated to excellence in patient care and education.

Strong experience with peri-operative TEE, 3D and stress echocardiography is preferred, with MR/CT imaging knowledge optional.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
• Experience with peri-operative and peri-procedural TEE.
• Proficiency in 3D and stress echocardiography.
• Training/knowledge in MR/CT imaging preferred.
• Trainees in their final year are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric cardiology imaging and patient care.
• Participate in clinical/translational research and teaching.
• Collaborate with a large team of cardiologists, surgeons and APNs.
