Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Training in pediatrics
• Preferred: bilingual

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full pediatric caseload preschool through teen and perform case management as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and clinical teams.
• Conduct individual and group therapy as appropriate to client need.
• Conduct intake screenings and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and implement outcome-oriented treatment plans with ARNP/psychiatrist and case managers.
• Provide field supervision for Master level student interns when needed.
• Provide community resources/referrals relevant to patient needs.
• Document clinical services per standards and maintain knowledge of resources.
• Advocate for patient needs within the community.
• Perform additional duties to ensure smooth department operation.
