Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington is seeking a Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecologist to grow and strengthen the PAG program, delivering comprehensive care for patients from pediatrics through young adulthood. The role spans outpatient and inpatient settings, with opportunities to participate in education, mentorship, quality improvement, and research within a collaborative, integrated health system.

The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN, and

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship in Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient gynecologic care for pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Manage medical and surgical treatment of complex PAG conditions.
• Engage in education, mentorship, quality improvement, and academic activities.
