Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team. This part-time role supports in-person visits, telehealth, and preventive care across multiple sites, fostering patient-centered collaboration with RNs, physicians, and allied staff.

You will administer vaccines and treatments, manage patient communications, and help close care gaps. Flexible daytime hours with occasional site cross-coverage across Rochester, Kasson, and other Mayo locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills; experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with providers and staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments (injections, wound care, etc.).
• Manage patient communications via phone, messages, and telehealth.
