Requirements:
Types of Patients on Unit: Medical/surgical patients. Ex: hyperbili, neuro, diabetes, failure to thrive, cystic fibrosis, COVID, ortho.
Equipment Used on Unit: Heated high flow, Bipap both with specific parameters in place.
Unit/Facility Details: We share our unit with Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. We occupy 22 beds on the unit and Peds Hem/Onc occupies 10 beds.
Special Requests: Requested time off must be on submission.
Holiday Requirement: Holidays are required unless discussed and approved during interview phase.
On-Call: Not mandatory at this time.
Floating Requirements: RNs can float within children’s hospital - to other pediatric units, can float to mom/baby to take care of a baby assignment. No ICUs unless experienced, no chemo patients.
7 days maximum time off.
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission.
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission.
Driver’s license required for submission.
