Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per AOTA standards and care plans.
• Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers; collaborate with care teams.
• Document and bill accurately; maintain patient records.
• Supervise assistants, aides, and students; ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to program development and marketing for the OT program.
