Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team.

You will monitor patient conditions, support care plans, and ensure safety and compassionate care. The role requires BLS certification and RN licensure, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship of junior nurses within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree at any of the levels preferred.
• RN license (single state or compact).
• BLS certification and instructor certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care plans and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
• Coordinate patient care, prioritize patient flow, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.
• Advocate for patients and families by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, professional development, and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and support other nurses, fostering a positive work environment and promoting shared governance principles.
