Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. You will join a patient care team delivering high-quality nursing services across care coordination and advocacy.

You will participate in performance improvement, maintain licenses, mentor others, and support shared governance while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors/Masters in Nursing (preferred).
• BLS certification required; RN license via single-state or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; contribute to care plans.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain licenses and complete required training for growth.
• Mentor and support junior staff; uphold confidentiality and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
