Pediatric Academic Pulmonologist Position

The Department of Pediatrics at NYU School of Medicine is seeking a board-certified Pediatric Pulmonologist for a faculty position at the Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone.

The successful candidate will join an established group of pediatric pulmonary professionals. Responsibilities include providing multidisciplinary care to patients with complex conditions, teaching medical students and residents, and participating in research and quality improvement initiatives. Experience in pediatric complex chronic care, invasive and non-invasive home ventilation, lung transplantation, and bronchoscopy is preferred, but energetic candidates without such experience will also be considered.

The division offers a range of specialized programs, including cystic fibrosis, bronchoscopy, sleep, severe asthma, BPD/pulmonary hypertension, and more. The team consists of full-time physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists, and a research coordinator.
