Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly RBTs to provide ABA instruction in home, community, and clinic settings across the Capitol District area. You will collect data, collaborate with BCBA and therapy teams, and support families with strategies for consistency in home and community environments.

Must have RBT certification, passion for helping children, and be willing to travel to assigned cases. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Formación

• Must have RBT certification.
• Experience with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field (enrolled or completed).
• Experience using ABA preferred.
• Completion of Achieve Beyond 20-hour classroom training and passing competency exam after training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families by providing debriefs and resources to implement at home and in the community.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information about children and families per state and federal regulations.
