Job summary

Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center is seeking compassionate RBTs to work directly with children under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized ABA programs across center, home, and community settings.

The role emphasizes clinical growth, teamwork, and ethical care, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules in Baltimore, MD. Training, supervision, and development are core to our approach.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous ABA, behavioral health, childcare, or developmental disability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services according to individualized treatment plans.
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs with fidelity.
• Teach functional communication, social, play, adaptive, safety, and independence skills.
• Collect accurate and timely behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
• Complete session documentation within required timelines.
• Participate in BCBA supervision, clinical training, and team meetings.
