Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and Same Day Pay with immediate access to a portion of your paycheck after clocking in and out, along with a supportive clinical team for ongoing professional growth.

No prior experience?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
