West Chester, PA-based Ivy Health Inc seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a brand-new clinic from the ground up, shape team culture, and deliver high-quality patient care.

You’ll guide market selection, recruit and develop the clinic team, and partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, and payer contracting to ensure sustainable growth. BCBA licensed or in process, pediatric ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

West Chester, PA - Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited an Applied Behavior Analysis program
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
