Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a brand-new pediatric ABA clinic in Lemont, IL. You will lead clinical operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive community relationships while building equity in your clinic with startup support from Ivy Health.

You’ll collaborate with leaders across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, IT, and payer contracting to ensure exceptional patient care and sustainable growth.

• Current or pending BCBA license or certification (there is a treating element to this role).
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

State of Location: Illinois Position Summary: As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy’s established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Job Description

Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required) Build something of your own without having to build it alone. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic. Location: Lemont, IL - Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic. How Ivy supports the build Salary and benefits during the approved pre-opening period. De novo business and leadership training. Site selection, lease, design, and build‑out support. Recruiting and onboarding support for the clinic team. Marketing, referral development, and community‑launch support. Operational, financial, technology, payer, and revenue‑cycle infrastructure. Coaching from leaders and partners who’ve opened clinics before.

Compensation Range: $86,109.00 – $129,163.00 per year.

This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.
