Cortica is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and related needs in home, school, clinic, or community settings in West Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers dynamic schedules and on-site patient care with families.

You will implement positive-behavior strategies under BCBA supervision, collect data, and contribute to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including afternoons and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement behavior-analytic strategies under BCBA guidance.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with families.
• Complete data collection and session notes during sessions.
• Assist with assessment procedures and preference testing.
