Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for our Mesa, AZ location.

You will deliver exceptional patient care and support our imaging team in obtaining accurate 3D facial scans for infants using the DSi system. The role emphasizes a friendly, energetic personality, the ability to learn quickly, and the capacity to manage multiple duties while prioritizing the patient experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture a 3D, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform general medical office duties: answer phones, clean rooms, and room patients.
